This site is headquartered in the traditional lands of the W̱SANEĆ people. The URL comes from the SENĆOŦEN name that I carry thanks to the grace of my SIÁM SĆÁĆE (highly respected friend) and elder KÁNTENOT. I use some of the SENĆOŦEN language within the site as part of acknowledging the lands and people that I have come to love deeply. EWES W̱ILṈEW̱ SEN (I am not an Indigenous person) but I find myself more at home among the W̱SÁNEĆ communities than anywhere else I have ever been. I raise my hands to my W̱SÁNEĆ SĆÁLEĆE (friends and relations) in thanks for their love and acceptance.

Ken Foster is a retired educator and technology support specialist who has worked to support people and their digital devices since 1982. In his retirement, he has revived his interest in photography and has developed an interesting collection of images. Some of these are displayed at The Village Gallery in Sidney, BC. There are also art cards at several shops around Vancouver Island.

The strength of Ken's tech support services lies in the patience he has developed over years of helping students and teachers in their struggles to come to terms with residence in the digital domain. We can safely say that Ken has a set of interpersonal skills that are not common among tech focused folk.
